These Terms govern your use of the ADMA Ventures Pvt Ltd website and any services we provide ("Services"). By engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ADMA provides digital marketing services including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website design, branding, social media, GMB optimization and lead generation. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in the proposal or statement of work signed with each client.

2. Engagement & payment

Engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. Fees are billed in advance of each cycle. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the ad platform or reimbursed at cost.

3. Client responsibilities

Client agrees to provide timely access to accounts, brand assets, approvals and information required to perform the Services. Delays attributable to the client may shift timelines.

4. Intellectual property

Deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's property upon full payment. ADMA retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Performance disclaimer

Digital marketing results depend on factors outside our control (market conditions, platform algorithms, creative quality, product-market fit). Past results shown on this site do not guarantee future outcomes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADMA's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
