Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation

Services are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time with 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle by emailing admaventurespvtltd@gmail.com. There are no long-term lock-ins.

2. Refunds

Once work for a billing cycle has begun, fees for that cycle are non-refundable because labour and platform setup have already been committed. If you cancel before any work has started in a new cycle, the prepaid fee will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days.

3. Ad spend

Ad spend paid directly to Google, Meta, or other platforms is governed by those platforms' refund policies, not ADMA's.

4. One-time projects

For website design, branding, or other one-time projects, milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone has been delivered for review.

5. Disputes

If you are unhappy with the Services, email us first — we will work in good faith to resolve any concern within 14 days.
